Research on the Training of Standardized Talents in Chinese Universities

摘要 标准化人才培养是国家标准化战略实施并借以获得国际竞争力的重要源动力。目前,标准化人才的系统培养和高质量供给仍然是国家标准化战略实施各要素中的短板,制约我国参与国际标准制定和国际标准化话语权的关键要素,高水平标准化人才培养仍然任重道远。本研究首先梳理了我国高校标准化人才培养发展脉络,然后从需求导向、国际经验、生源分析、资源支撑、过程解析、培养结果等几方面论述我国高校标准化人才培养情况,最后结合经典案例进行分析。 The training of standardized talents is an important source of power for the implementation of the national standardization strategy and for obtaining international competitiveness.At present,the systematic training and high-quality supply of standardized talents are still the weak points in the implementation of the national standardization strategy,which restricts China’s participation in the formulation of international standards and the voice of international standardization.The training of high-level standardized talents still has a long way to go.This study first combed the development context of standardized talent training in Chinese universities,then discussed the situation of standardized talent training in Chinese universities from several aspects,such as demand orientation,international experience,student source analysis,resource support,process analysis,and training results,and finally analyzed it with classic cases.
