气相色谱-质谱联用法测定化妆品中的氮芥和斑蝥素

摘要 为扩大检测范围,满足化妆品监管需求,建立气相色谱-质谱联用法测定化妆品中的氮芥和斑蝥素含量,并进行方法学的验证。结果表明:在0.2~10μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.998),回收率在88.2%~98.1%之间。氮芥的检出限为0.03ng,定量限为0.1 ng;斑蝥素的检出限为0.04 ng,定量限为0.12 ng。该方法具有特异性显著、灵敏度高,适用于化妆品中氮芥、斑蝥素含量的测定。 To expand detection range,in order to meet the needs of supervision in cosmetics,the GC-MS method was established for the determination of chlormethine and cantharidin,verification of methodology was done simultaneously.The results showed that a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.2~10μg·mL^(-1)(r≥0.998),the recoveries were between 88.2%and 98.1%.The detection limit of chlormethine was 0.03 ng,the quantitative limit was 0.1 ng.The detection limit of cantharidin was 0.04 ng the quantitative limit was 0.12 ng.It has the characteristics and high sensitivity,which was suitable for the determination of chlormethine and cantharidin in cosmetics.
