摘要
本文利用非均匀成核的方法(以ZnO作为结晶剂),对着色剂种类、用量不同的结晶釉料,进行不同保温温度下晶状体生长状况的观察和研究。研究认为:1)着色剂氧化物的添加,使晶花颜色和釉面底色发生明显变化,这与着色剂阳离子配位状态的变化有关;2)当着色剂氧化物(CoO、Fe_(2)O_(3)、CuO、MnO_(2)、Ni_(2)O_(3))的添加使釉料成熟温度发生变化时,会对晶花数量产生一定的影响;3)着色剂阳离子进入硅锌矿晶格后,硅锌矿晶胞参数的变化可能是晶花形态发生变化的原因之一;4)添加着色剂氧化物可以使晶花生长曲线向低温方向移动,同时对硅锌矿生长活化能产生一定的影响。
In this paper,the crystal growth of crystalline glazes with different kinds and amounts of colorants was observed and studied at different holding temperatures by using the method of heterogeneous nucleation(using ZnO as crystallizer).The results show that:1)the addition of colorant oxide can significantly change the crystal flower color and glaze background color,which is related to the change of cationic coordination state of colorant.2)When the addition of colorant oxides coo,Fe_(2)O_(3),Cuo,MnO_(2)and Ni_(2)O_(3)changes the glaze maturity temperature,it will have a certain impact on the number of crystal flowers.3)After the colorant cation enters the lattice of zingite,the change of cell parameters of zingite may be one of the reasons for the change of flower morphology.4)The addition of colorant oxide can move the flower growth curve to low temperature,and have a certain effect on the growth activation energy of zincite.
