不同纤维增强的复合材料层板低速冲击损伤研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用落锤法,对增强相为碳纤维和碳纤维/玻璃纤维混杂的复合材料层板分别进行了冲击试验。采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了复合材料板冲击损伤处的表面状态,采用超声扫描分析了内部的损伤情况,测试复合材料层板冲击后的力学性能,对比两种复合材料层板的损伤情况。试验结果表明,复合材料受到冲击损伤时,冲击能量首先被树脂基体吸收形成孔洞缺陷,然后冲击能量被纤维吸收,纤维束断裂,最后复合材料内部出现小面积分层缺陷。以试验参数为基础,对层板进行了有限元仿真,计算了贯穿破坏的层板的强度保留率。最终结果表明,碳纤维/玻璃纤维正交铺层结构板的性能优于碳纤维正交铺层结构板。 The impact tests of composite laminates with carbon fiber and carbon fiber/glass fiber were carried out by dropping hammer method.The surface state of the composite was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The internal damage was analyzed by ultrasonic scanning.when the composite is impacted,at first,the impact energy is absorbed by the resin matrix to form a hole defect,then the impact energy is absorbed by the fiber to break fiber bundle,and finally,a small area of delamination defect occurs inside the composite.Based on the experimental parameters,the finite element simulation carried out to calculate the strength retention rate of laminates with failure running through.The results show that the performance of carbon glassy orthogonal plate is better than that of carbon orthogonal plate.
