摘要
介绍轨道客车转向架在运用中存在磨损、腐蚀、振动的问题,并从耐磨、耐腐蚀、良好匹配的角度分析介绍了当前复合材料在转向架上的应用,及其取得的良好运用效果。基于复合材料具备的特殊性能与车辆全寿命周期内节能、节材、环保、可靠的要求,展望轨道客车转向架上复合材料的研究热点与应用方向。
The problems of wear, corrosion and vibration in the operation of passenger car bogies are introduced in this paper. The application of composite materials on passenger car bogies and its good application results are presented and analyzed from the perspective of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and good matching. Based on the special properties of composite materials and the requirements of energy saving, material saving, environmental protection and reliability in the whole life cycle of vehicles, the prospect on research hotspot and application direction of composite materials on bogies is given.
