社会主义核心价值观是在中国特色社会主义实践不断发展、马克思主义中国化理论不断创新的背景下提出来的,是中国特色社会主义自我认识、价值自觉的产物。它从价值维度深刻回答了“什么是中国特色社会主义“”怎么建设中国特色社会主义”这两个高度相关的问题,是中国特色社会主义道路、理论和制度的价值表达。社会主义核心价值观与人类共同价值描绘了一幅中国和世界未来发展的基本轮廓,为中国的发展和世界的未来指明了正确方向。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观与中国特色社会主义建设不是割裂的,而是一个“一分为二”又“合二为一”的社会系统工程。

Core socialist values,proposed in the context of the continuing development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and of the constant theoretical creation of Marxism in China,are the results of the self-recognition of socialism with Chinese Characteristics and the self-awareness of its values.It deeply answers the two highly related questions of“what is Socialism with Chinese characteristics and how to build it”from the dimension of value,and is the expression of the values of the path,theory and system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Socialist core values and the shared values of human beings have drawn a basic outline for the future development of China and the world,pointing out the right direction for the development of China and the future of the world.Cultivating and practising socialist core values is not separated from the construction of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.Rather,it is a systematic social project that“splits one into two”and that“integrates two into one”.
