摘要
人工智能将引发我国劳动关系的深刻变革。历史经验证明,技术进步可以通过升级生产方式、重塑产业结构、改变社会关系来影响劳动关系。人工智能时代我国劳动关系变革将表现出劳动力替代转移、用工形式灵活化、人机关系一体化、劳动方式智能化的趋势,将面临强资劳弱、新型劳动关系认定、企业管理等现实问题。因此,应发挥政府宏观政策引导职能、壮大人工智能创造就业岗位、健全劳动者技能培训制度、完善灵活就业劳动保障机制。
Artificial intelligence will trigger profound changes in China’s labor relations. Historical experience proves that technological progress can affect labor relations by upgrading production methods, reshaping industrial structure and changing social relations. In the era of artificial intelligence, China’s labor relations reform will show the trend of labor substitution transfer, flexible employment form, integration of man-machine relationship and intelligent labor mode. It will face practical problems such as strong capital and weak labor,identification of new labor relations, and corporate management. Therefore, it is necessary to give play to the government’s macro-policy guiding function, strengthen artificial intelligence to create jobs, strengthen the workers’ skills training system, and improve the flexible employment labor security mechanism.
