金融供给侧结构性改革背景下的绿色金融发展问题研究

On Green Finance Development in the Context of Financial Supply-side Structural Reform

供给侧结构性改革与绿色金融发展具有双向互动关系。一方面供给侧结构性改革逐渐向金融领域纵深推进,从金融要素供给侧助推了绿色金融的加快发展;另一方面,绿色金融是深化供给侧结构性改革、推进金融更好服务实体经济、引导产业绿色升级的重要动力。绿色金融体系必须与绿色产业结构相匹配,同时主要应从绿色产业需求侧的角度出发完善金融供给。加快绿色金融发展,应从提升绿色金融要素供给、加强绿色金融产品供给、健全绿色金融制度供给、改善金融与绿色产业政策匹配等方面精准施策。

Supply-side structural reform and green financial development have a two-way interactive relationship. On the one hand, the supply-side structural reform is gradually pushing deeper into the financial field,which helps to accelerate the development of green finance from the supply side of financial factors;on the other hand, green finance is an important driving force for deepening supply-side structural reform, promoting better financial services to the real economy and guiding the green upgrading of industries. The green financial system must match the green industrial structure, and at the same time should mainly improve the financial supply from the perspective of the demand side of green industry. To accelerate the development of green finance, precise measures should be taken to strengthen the supply of green financial factors, green financial products, and green financial system, and to improve the matching of financial and green industrial policies.
