摘要
在全球史视野下,物的描述与物的想象是早期全球文化交往的特殊方式。传教士安文思的《中国新志》对中华诸物展开了忠实的描述与想象,已然为欧洲民众阅读中华诸物提供了翔实的知识景观,并积极创生了跨文化的"中华帝国"形象构建的新阶段,继而促成欧洲民众对中华诸物的迷恋与神往达到高峰时期,并为欧洲的"中国风"展开提供了参照系。《中国新志》既回应了17世纪欧洲社会和民众对中华知识的渴求与追捧,也为中西技术文化交流提供纽带。
From the perspective of global history,the description andthe i-magination of objects are unique ways of early global cultural exchanges.A New History of China of Missionary Gabriel de Magalhães has launched a faithful de-scription and imagination of the Chinese objects,which provides the most detailed knowledge landscape for the European people to read the Chinese objects,and ac-tively created a cross-cultural image of the Chinese empire.The new stage of con-struction has in turn contributed to the peak period of European people's fascina-tion with Chinese objects,and provided a frame of reference for the development of Chinoiserie in Europe.A New History of China not only responded to the Euro-pean society and people's desire and pursuit of Chinese knowledge in 17th centu-ry,but also provided a link for global technical and cultural exchanges.
