Problems and Countermeasures of College English Teachers’ Teaching Development from the Perspective of PCK

PCK自提出以来,一直是教育界高度关注并有针对性应用的重要理论。对高校英语教师而言,教学胜任力和教学水平的提高、专业成长与发展等都与PCK密切相关。在PCK视角下重新审视高校英语教师教学发展存在的问题并提出破解对策,对推动高等学校课堂教学革命,提升英语教师教学能力以及促进教学发展具有积极意义。

Since PCK was put forward,it has been an important theory that has been highly concerned and applied in education.For College English teachers,the improvement of teaching competence and level,professional growth and development are closely related to PCK.From the perspective of PCK,it has positive significance for promoting the revolution of classroom teaching in Colleges and universities,enhancing the teaching ability of English teachers and promoting the development of teaching by re-examining the problems in the development of College English teachers’teaching and putting forward countermeasures to solve them.
