若干省市中小学教师胜任力评价指标比较

Comparisons of Competency Evaluation Indicators of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Several Provinces and Cities

摘要 合理有效的教师胜任力评价是培养和提高教师专业能力的重要保障,研究我国若干省市的中小学教师胜任力评价指标体系,是为了进一步改进我国中小学教师胜任力评价。通过从专业知识、职业能力、价值观念等维度的比较分析,指出了我国部分省市教师胜任力评价工作中存在的不足,并从增强评价指标的完备性与动态性、实现多种测量方式的综合化、加大教师胜任力评价对教师专业发展的促进作用三方面提出了优化建议。 Reasonable and effective evaluation of teachers’competence is an important guarantee for training and improving teachers’professional competence.Studying the evaluation index system of primary and secondary school teachers’competence in several provinces and cities in China is to further improve the evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers’competence in China.Through the comparative analysis of professional knowledge,professional competence and values,this paper points out the shortcomings in the evaluation of teachers’competence in some provinces in China,and the way of promoting teachers’professional development is by enhancing the completeness and dynamics of evaluation indexes,realizing the integration of various measurement methods,and increasing the role of teachers’competence evaluation in teachers’professional development.
