摘要
维持眼部结构与功能健全高度依赖于有效的血液供应,视网膜组织较眼部其它组织细胞更容易受到血管灌注微小缺陷的影响。外部环境、遗传等因素综合影响眼部框架及细微结构,直接或间接造成视网膜血管网形态学及动力学异常,尤以高度近视者改变显著。随着新型血流检测仪器的问世,实现了对视网膜、脉络膜血流定量及深度解析。本文旨在综述高度近视眼组织结构与视网膜血流参数改变及两者之间变化规律。
Maintaining the structure and function of the eye is highly dependent on an effective blood supply,and retinal tissues are more susceptible to minor defects in vascular perfusion than other tissue in the eye.The external environment,heredity and other factors comprehensively affect the eye frame and fine structure,directly or indirectly causing abnormalities in the morphology and dynamics of the retinal vascular network,especially in high myopia.With the development of new blood flow measuring instruments,quantitative and deep analysis of retinal and choroid blood flow has been realized.The purpose of this paper is to review the changes of tissue structure and retinal blood flow parameters in high myopia and the regularity of the changes between them.
