丹参离子导入联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗视频终端干眼症的疗效观察

Clinical observation on efficacy of salvia iontophoresis combined with polyvinyl alconhol eye drops in the treatment of video terminal xerophthalmia

目的探究丹参离子导入联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗视频终端干眼症的临床效果。方法收集2018年2月—2019年10月在本院门诊诊断的40例(80只眼)为"视屏终端干眼症"患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各20例(40只眼)。实验组行丹参离子导入联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗;对照组行聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前1天及治疗后第3天、第7天、第10天的症状评分、BUT及泪液分泌荧光染色刻度变化。结果治疗前,两组患者的治疗症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及泪液分泌荧光染色刻度比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后的第3天、第7天及第10天,实验组患者的治疗症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌荧光染色刻度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参离子导入联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗视频终端干眼症具有较好的疗效,值得临床使用及推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of salvia iontophoresis combined with polyvinyl alconhol eye drops in the treatment of video terminal xerophthalmia.Methods 40 cases(80 eyes)of patients diagnosed"video terminal xerophthalmia"in outpatient department of our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled as study subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,20 cases(40 eyes)in each group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with salvia iontophoresis combined with polyvinyl alconhol eye drops,and patients in the control group treated only by polyvinyl alconhol eye drops.The symptom score at one day before treatment,and at 3rd,7th and 10th day,breakup time of tear film(BUT)and changes in fluorescence staining scale of tear secretion of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in symptom score,BUT and tear secretion fluorescence staining scale between the groups(P>0.05).On the 3rd,7th and 10th day after treatment,the symptom score of the experimental group was significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BUT and the tear secretion fluorescence staining scale in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Salvia iontophoresis combined with polyvinyl alconhol eye drops has a good effect in the treatment of video terminal xerophthalmia,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
