妊娠期糖尿病管理的研究现状及展望

The research status of the management of gestational diabetes mellitus and expectation

目的本文对妊娠期糖尿病患者管理进行综述,主要包括妊娠期糖尿病患者管理的具体内容、管理的模式、目前所面临的挑战与对未来研究的展望。明确对妊娠期糖尿病患者的膳食、体重、体力活动、血糖水平的监测等可改变因素进行疾病相关知识的管理,建议医护人员为从妊娠期糖尿病的三个阶段包括孕前生活行为方式、孕期监测与管理及妊娠期糖尿病病产后罹患2型糖尿病的预防及积极治疗进行综合管理,减少其对母婴所产生的近期、远期的影响。

This article reviews the management of gestational diabetes mellitus,mainly including the specific management content,management mode,current challenges and prospects for future research.Clear management of disease-related knowledge on the diet,weight,physical activity,monitoring of blood glucose levels and other modifiable factors of patients with gestational diabetes.It is suggested that the medical staff should carry out comprehensive management from three stages of gestational diabetes,including life style before pregnancy,monitoring and management during pregnancy,prevention and active treatment of type 2 diabetes after pregnancy.Adopt diversified health management mode to meet the health needs of pregnant women and reduce the short-term and long-term impact of gestational diabetes on mothers and infants.
