中药烫熨治疗肾绞痛期间使用穴位按摩结合中医情志护理干预的价值

The value of acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing intervention during the treatment ofrenal colic by using Chinese medicine ironing

目的观察分析肾绞痛患者应用中药烫熨治疗期间实施穴位按摩结合中医情志护理干预对改善其疼痛症状的临床效果和价值。方法选择2018年3月—2019年3月于本院接受中药烫熨治疗的肾绞痛患者,共计110例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其平均划分为对照组与观察组两组,每组各55例。对照组治疗期间仅予以常规护理,不加干预;观察组在此基础上使用穴位按摩结合中医情志护理干预。结果干预后,观察组VAS、SAS评分显著降低,与对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组护理干预临床有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论肾绞痛患者应用中药烫熨治疗期间使用穴位按摩结合中医情志护理干预可显著改善其疼痛症状和焦虑情绪,降低复发风险,值得推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and value of acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing intervention during the treatment of renal colic by using Chinese medicine ironing.Methods The subjects were 110 patients received renal colic treatment by using traditional Chinese medicine ironing in our hospital.Random number table method was used to divide them into two groups equally,55 cases in the control group and 55 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing without any other intervention.Patients in the observation group received acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention on the basis of control group.Results After intervention,VAS and SAS scores in the observation group were significantly decreased,when compared with the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of nursing intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions During the treatment of renal colic by using Chinese medicine ironing,acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine could significantly improve the pain symptoms and anxiety and reduce the risk of recurrence,it is worthy of promotion.
