舒适护理联合个性化护理对左卡尼汀治疗维持性血液透析患者临床症状的改善效果

Effect of comfort nursing combined with personalized nursing on clinical symptoms improvement ofpatients underwent maintenance hemodialysis treated by levocarnitine

目的观察舒适护理联合个性化护理对左卡尼汀治疗维持性血液透析患者临床症状的改善效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月本院收治的160例维持性血液透析治疗的终末期肾病患者随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各80例,均给予左卡尼汀治疗。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理联合个性化护理,对比两组症状改善率、血液生化学指标、心功能指标、营养状况。结果两组护理前Hb、ALB、LVEDD、LVEF、MQSGA差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后症状改善率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,同时在患者血液生化学指标、心功能指标、营养状况方面,观察组患者的Hb、ALB、LVEF较对照组更高,而LVEDD、MQSGA更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者给予左卡尼汀治疗期间实施舒适护理联合个性化护理可以有效改善临床症状,纠正贫血,提高心功能,改善营养状况,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of comfort nursing combined with personalized nursing on improvement of clinical symptoms of patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis treated by L-carnitine.Methods 160 patients with end-stage renal disease who received maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into control group and observation group by using random number table method,80 cases in each group,all patients were treated with levocarnitine.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comfort nursing combined with personalized nursing.The rate of symptom improvement,blood biochemical index,cardiac function index and nutritional status of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in Hb,ALB,LVEDD,LVEF,and MQSGA between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After the nursing the improvement rate of symptoms of the observation group was 95%,which was higher than 77.5%of the control group.Hb,ALB and LVEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and LVEDD and MQSGA were lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing combined with individualized nursing could effectively improve clinical symptoms,correct anemia,improve cardiac function and nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients during the treatment with levocarnitine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
