摘要
目的对某医科大学护理学院330名护理本科生的毕业论文进行回顾性分析,从中发现问题,提出相应建议。方法采取方便抽样法,选取某医科大学2018届护理学专业本科生,收集毕业论文,按照不同论文类型分别提取相关信息。采用自制的《本科生毕业论文的综合评定标准》进行论文质量评价,并对不同类型论文的得分进行比较分析。结果共收集330份毕业论文,类型包括综述267篇、个案38篇和研究类论文25篇。三年制专升本护生撰写综述的比例高于四年制本科(P=0.001),而四年制本科生撰写研究类论文和个案的比例较高(均有P<0.05)。330份护理本科生毕业论文质量评分平均得分为83.50(80.38,85.50)分,其中研究类论文质量评分高于综述和个案(均有P≤0.001),而综述类毕业论文质量评分与个案无显著性差异(P>0.05),四年制本科护生毕业论文质量总体评分相对较高(P=0.002)。结论护理专业本科生毕业论文总体质量不高,尤其是综述和个案。建议根据论文类型,加强分类指导。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the graduation thesis of 330 nursing graduates from the school of nursing of a medical university,in order to find out the existing problems and provide several suggestions.Methods Convenient sampling method was adopted to select nursing graduates of grade 2018 from a medical university,their graduation theses were collected,and relevant information were extracted according to different classifications.The quality of graduation theses were evaluated by the self-made'comprehensive evaluation standard for graduation thesis of graduates'.The score of theses of different types were compared.Results A total of 330 theses were collected,including 267 reviews,38 case report and 25 research papers.The proportion reviews written by nursing graduates who upgraded from three-year junior college was higher than that written by four-year nursing graduates(P=0.001),while the proportion of research papers and cases report were higher in four-year nursing graduates(both P<0.05).The mean quality score for 330 graduation theses was 83.50(80.38,85.50),among which the quality score of the research papers was higher than that of the reviews and the case reports(both P≤0.001),while the quality score of review was not significantly different from that of the case(P>0.05),and the quality score of the graduation thesis of the four-year nursing undergraduates was higher(P=0.002).Conclusions The overall quality of graduation thesis of nursing undergraduates is not very high,especially the review and case report.It is suggested that we should pay attention to strengthen the classify guidance according to the types of theses.
