人机传播中社交线索的使用与效应探析

摘要 通过社交线索的选择和设定让机器表达出特定的社交信号,进而实现期待中的社交反应,是人机传播中一种常见却易被误用的方法。本研究通过文献的系统梳理对社交线索这一概念追根溯源,区分了社交线索、社交信号和社交反应三个相关却不同的概念,探析人机传播社交偏差的原因。本研究从编码与解码的视角指出经典的社交线索到社交信号再到社交反应的逻辑漏洞,全面分析了带来社交线索效应偏差的可能原因,为人机传播理论研究和社交线索相关设计实践提供参考。 In today's increasingly prevalent human-machine communication,it is an important proposition to enable machines to possess sufficient and reasonable features that can stimulate ideal social responses from human users.One common approach is to select and set social cues through which machines express specific social signals,thus achieving the intended social response.However,as the accumulation of empirical evidence,the effectiveness of this design research approach presents a state of uncertainty,resulting in some social discrepancy in humanmachine communication.This article traces back the core concept of social cues,clarifies its classification,mechanism,and effects,addresses the underlying causes of failures,and attempts to provide guidance for theoretical research and design practice in human-machine communication.
