潜水艇想象、技术文化与科学叙事——谈海洋科幻电影中的科技意象

Submarine Imagination, Technological Culture and Scientific Narrative——The Scientific and Technological Imagery in Marine Sci-fi Films

潜水艇是海洋科幻叙事中最有代表性的“科技意象”,其设计理念成为小说或电影“科学性”的重要体现之一。然而,既有研究对海洋科幻电影与潜水艇关系的分析并未形成体系,也鲜少探究潜水艇意象背后体现的艺术与科技之间的关系。因此,本研究通过梳理和分析海洋科幻电影中有代表性的潜水艇设计,探究了潜水艇意象与电影所处时代的科技以及相关的观念之间的关系。研究认为:艺术和科学技术之间存在共生关系,科幻电影在上述二者的交融中达成科技幻想里的现实反思;电影中潜水艇意象的设计变迁与不同历史阶段中的技术乐观主义、技术焦虑和技术探索倾向等社会观念密切相关;科学技术手段体现出的“科学叙事”贯穿于海洋科幻电影的创作中。

Submarine is the most representative“technical imagery”in marine science fiction narrative,and its design concept has become one of the important embodiments of“scientific”in novels or films.However,there has been no systematic analysis of the relationship between marine science fiction films and submarines,and few studies have explored the relationship between art and technology behind the submarine imagery.Therefore,by sorting out and analyzing representative submarine designs in marine science fiction films,this study explores the relationship between submarine imagery and the technology and related concepts of the era in which the films are made.The study believes that there is a symbiotic relationship between art and technology,and science fiction films achieve realistic reflection in technology fantasy through the blending of the two.The design changes of submarine imagery in films are closely related to social concepts such as technological optimism,technological anxiety and technological exploration tendency in different historical stages.The“scientific narrative”embodied by scientific and technological means runs through the creation of marine science fiction films.
