Fan Jingyi and the View of Journalism Talent in Contemporary China——Commemorating the Tenth Death Anniversary of Fan Jingyi

近现代中国新闻人才观经历了从通才、史家到政治家的演变,而面对日益复杂的国际政治格局,政治素养越来越成为当代中国新闻人才不可或缺的核心素质。政治家办报理论作为富有中国特色的新闻理论,不应只被狭义地、片面地理解,而应将它所强调的政治格局和政治意识视为当代中国培养卓越新闻人才的核心素养,并在此基础上形成广博的知识结构与独特的个人魅力。本文以范敬宜这一当代中国优秀新闻人的新闻实践与新闻教育思想作为研究对象,分析了当代中国新闻领域中"主流高手"的应然状态,提出了以培养新型有机知识分子作为当代中国新闻人才观建设的主要目标。

In modern China,the view of journalism talents has evolved from a generalist,a historian to a politician.In order to cope with the increasingly complex international political structure,political literacy has increasingly become an indispensable core quality for contemporary Chinese journalistic professionals.The politician-run newspaper theory,as a journalistic theory with Chinese characteristics,should not only be understood in a narrow sense;In stead,the political structure and political consciousness which are emphasized should be regarded as the core literacy of cultivating outstanding journalists in the future.This article takes Fan Jingyi,an excellent journalist,as a model to describe the state of"professional of the mainstream journalism"in contemporary China.On this basis,cultivating new organic intellectuals should be the main aim of journalism education with Chinese characteristics.
