戴冰新著《青年思想政治工作学》,立足于青年工作者的角度来研究,为从事青年工作以及关于青年工作的研究提供了很有价值的理论思考。笔者从政治学中的群体政治概念和理论出发,就青年思想政治工作和青年群体的政治引领进行讨论,认为重视青年工作,正确把握青年作为一个群体的特点,遵循做好青年工作的规律,是青年思想政治工作的出发点和立足点,是社会发展的重要基础。

Dai Bing’s new book,An Introduction to Youth Ideological and Political Work,is based on the research of young workers and provides valuable theoretical thinking for youth work and research on youth work.Based on the concepts and theories of group politics in politics,the author discusses youth ideological and political work and the political leadership of youth groups.The author believes that it is the starting point and standpoint of youth ideological and political work,and an important foundation for promoting social development to value youth work,grasp the characteristics of youth as a group and follow the rules for doing youth work.
