空间转录组学及其在肿瘤研究中的应用 被引量:2

Spatial transcriptomics and its application in tumor research

摘要 近年来,空间转录组学蓬勃发展,新技术不断涌现,在肿瘤研究等领域广泛应用。与传统转录组技术相比,空间转录组技术不仅可以检测细胞的基因表达水平,还能获得基因在组织内的空间位置信息,在研究肿瘤的异质性、微环境和免疫等方面提供了巨大帮助。虽然空间转录组学前景广阔,但仍面临诸多挑战,如何将其发展完善并广泛应用于临床实践亟待解决。本研究旨在介绍几种常用的空间转录组技术,并对其目前在肿瘤研究中的应用进行综述,以期为空间转录组技术应用于肿瘤研究提供一定的理论参考。 In recent years,with the vigorous development of spatial transcriptomics,the new technologies have been constantly emerging and widely used in tumor research and so on.Compared with traditional transcriptome technology,spatial transcriptome technology can not only detect the gene expression level of cells,but also obtain the spatial location information of genes in tissues,which provides great help for studying the heterogeneity,microenvironment and immunity of tumors.Although spatial transcriptomics has a bright future,it still faces many challenges,and how to develop it and apply it widely in clinical practice needs to be solved urgently.This study aimed to introduce several commonly used spatial transcriptome techniques and review their current applications in tumor research,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the application of spatial transcriptome techniques to tumor research.
