脑膜瘤手术患者围术期护理中舒适护理理念的应用

目的:对舒适护理理念在脑膜瘤手术患者围术期应用的效果进行观察。方法:选取2018-10-2019-1068例脑膜瘤手术患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组(n=34,常规护理)与观察组(n=34,舒适护理),对比两组心理状态及护理满意度等指标。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁指标评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率方面,观察组为2.94%,低于对照组的26.47%,χ2=10.673,P<0.05。结论:在脑膜瘤手术患者围术期护理中,舒适护理理念的应用,对患者心理状态有明显改善作用,且可减少相关并发症的发生,有利于患者术后尽早康复,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of comfortable nursing concept on perioperative period in patients with meningioma surgery.METHODS From October 2018 to October 2019,68 patients with meningioma surgery were selected and divided into a control group(n=34,routine care)and an observation group(n=34,comfortable care)according to the random drawing method.Group mental state and nursing satisfaction and other indicators.RESULTS After nursing,the anxiety and depression index scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);in terms of complication rate,the observation group was 2.94%,lower than the control group’s 26.47%,χ2=10.673,P<0.05.CONCLUSION In the perioperative nursing of patients with meningioma surgery,the application of comfortable nursing concept has a significant improvement on the psychological state of patients,and can reduce the occurrence of related complications,which is conducive to the early recovery of patients after surgery and is worthy of promotion.
