摘要
目的:分析在肿瘤内科PICC安全管理工作中采用综合护理干预的应用价值。方法:以本科室收治的120例肿瘤患者为调查对象,将其随机分为常规组和观察组,各60例,常规组采用PICC安全管理传统护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,比较两组患者不良事件和满意率。结果:调查结果显示,观察组不良事件和满意度均显著由于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肿瘤内科PICC安全管理中采用综合护理干预取得显著的临床效果。
OBJECTIVE to analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in PICC safety management in oncology department.METHODS 120 cases of tumor patients admitted to the undergraduate and satisfaction due to the conventional group,with statistical significance(p<0.05).CONCLUSION comprehensive nursing intervention in the safety management of PICC in the department of oncology has achieved significant clinical effect.
