高渗盐敷料结合负压创面引流治疗肿瘤患者慢性伤口的临床分析

目的:观察高渗盐敷料结合负压创面引流治疗肿瘤患者慢性伤口的临床疗效。方法:我院2018-12-2019-12收治的42例肿瘤慢性伤口患者为本次研究对象,按照是否应用高渗盐敷料结合负压创面引流治疗将患者分为对照组(21例:常规换药治疗)与实验组(21例:应用高渗盐敷料结合负压创面引流治疗),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗1周后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等炎症因子检测结果均低于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗2周后慢性伤口甲级愈合率(57.14%)高于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤慢性伤口患者高渗盐敷料结合负压创面引流治疗效果明显优于常规换药治疗。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of hypertonic salt dressing combined with negative pressure wound drainage in the treatment of chronic wound of tumor patients.METHODS 42 patients with chronic wound of tumor treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group(21 cases:routine dressing change treatment)and experimental group(21 cases:application of hypertonic salt dressing combined with negative pressure wound drainage treatment).RESULTS the results of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After two weeks of treatment,the first-class healing rate of chronic wounds in the experimental group(57.14%)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION the therapeutic effect of hypertonic salt dressing combined with negative pressure wound drainage is better than that of conventional dressing change.
