微波热凝对口腔良性肿瘤患者的临床疗效分析

目的:对微波热凝在口腔良性肿瘤患者治疗中的临床疗效进行研究。方法:选取我院2018-01-2019-01收治的52例口腔良性肿瘤患者,将其作为本次研究的对象,采用随机分组法将所有患者分成两个不同组别,每组各有26例。其中,对观察组患者采用微波热凝技术进行治疗,对照组患者以常规方法进行治疗,并对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察分析。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为100.0%(26例),对照组为84.6%(22例),两组对比差异显著,P<0.05;此外,对两组患者进行随访观察显示,观察组患者治疗后无一例患者复发,对照组患者的病症复发率为2/7.7%,且观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:微波热凝进行口腔良性肿瘤治疗具有较好的有效性和安全性,值得推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To study the clinical efficacy of microwave thermocoagulation in the treatment of patients with oral benign tumors.METHODS Fifty-two patients with benign oral tumors treated in our hospital from January2018 to January 2019 were selected as the object of this study.All patients were divided into two different groups by random grouping,each group had 26 cases.Among them,the patients in the observation group were treated with microwave thermocoagulation technology,the patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods,and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were observed and analyzed.RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 26/100.0%,and that in the control group was 22/84.6%.There was a significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.In addition,follow-up observations of the patients in the two groups showed that there was no One patient relapsed.The recurrence rate of the patients in the control group was 2/7.7%,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.CONCLUSION Microwave thermocoagulation has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of oral benign tumors,and is worthy of popularization and application.
