综合护理干预在恶性肿瘤患者疼痛管理中的应用效果

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pain management of patients with malignant tumor and its influence on VAS score

目的:探究在恶性肿瘤患者疼痛管理中应用综合护理干预的效果及对VAS评分的影响。方法:选取2019-05-01-2019-09-30我院收治的恶性肿瘤患者100例,随机抽取红黄球法将其分为黄色组(n=50)和红色组(n=50)。黄色组实施医院自制疼痛干预,红色组实施综合护理干预。结果:黄色组和红色组干预1d后VAS评分为(6.5±1.4)分和(5.9±1.2)分,7d后评分为(4.6±1.2)分和(2.5±1.1)分,14d时评分为(2.7±1.1)分和(1.8±0.9)分P分别为0.002、0.013和0.017;红色组QLQ-C30量表各项评分均高于黄色组P分别为0.008、0.013、0.025、0.006、0.002;红色组患者及其家属满意度为98%(49/50),高于黄色组的84%(42/50)P=0.006。结论:在恶性肿瘤疼痛管理中应用综合护理干预,一方面可缓解疼痛提升生活质量,另一方面可改善护患关系。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pain management of patients with malignant tumor and its influence on VAS score.METHODS From May 2019 to September 2019,100 patients with malignant tumors were selected,They were randomly divided into yellow group(n=50)and red group(n=50).The yellow group received self-made pain intervention,while the red group received comprehensive nursing intervention.RESULTS The VAS scores of yellow group and red group were(6.5±1.4)and(5.9±1.2)one day after intervention,and(4.6±1.2)and(2.5±1.1)seven days after intervention,and(2.7±1.1)and(1.8±0.9)fourteen days after intervention(P=0.002,0.013 and 0.017);The scores of QLQ-C30 in red group were higher than those in yellow group(P=0.008,0.013,0.025,0.006,0.002);The satisfaction of patients and their families in the red group was 98%(49/50),higher than 84%(42/50)in the yellow group(P=0.006).CONCLUSION The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the management of cancer pain,on the one hand,can alleviate the pain and improve the quality of life,on the other hand,can improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
