中医情志护理对缓解消化道肿瘤患者疼痛及情绪改善效果分析

Analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on relieving pain and emotion of patients with digestive tract tumor

目的:以消化道肿瘤患者为研究对象,探讨患者应用中医情志护理对改善其疼痛感以及情绪所发挥的作用。方法:将自2018-02-2019-01在我院进行诊疗的58例消化道肿瘤患者分为观察组(n=29)与参照组(n=29),为所有患者实施用药指导、镇痛护理等普通专科护理干预,在此基础上给予观察组患者中医情志护理。结果:护理前患者VAS评分、SAS及SDS评分组间对比无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后两组患者各项目评分均低于护理前且观察组患者VAS评分、SAS及SDS评分明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:为消化道肿瘤患者实施中医情志护理可有效减轻其疼痛感并有助于改善其不良情绪。

OBJECTIVE To study the role of TCM emotional care in improving the pain and mood of patients with digestive tract cancer.METHODS 58 patients with digestive tract cancer who were treated in our hospital from February2018 to January 2019 were divided into observation group(n=29)and reference group(n=29).All patients were given medication guidance and analgesia.General nursing care interventions such as nursing,on this basis,the observation group patients were given traditional Chinese medicine emotional care.RESULTS There was no significant difference in VAS score,SAS and SDS scores between pre-treatment patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of each group were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The implementation of TCM emotional care for patients with digestive tract cancer can effectively alleviate the pain and help to improve their bad mood.
