肺结核合并肺癌患者机体免疫炎性反应与凝血指标特点探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:本研究探索对肺结核合并肺癌患者机体免疫炎性反应与凝血指标特点。方法:选取我院2017-01-2018-12收治的37例肺结核合并肺癌患者,将其作为研究组,同时选取我院同期收治的37例单纯肺结核患者作为对照组,对2组患者的血清炎性因子指标水平以及血浆D-二聚体水平进行检测对比,并观察其肺动脉血栓形成情况。结果:研究组患者的血清IL-2以及IL-17水平明显低于对照组,同时患者的IL-10、TGF-β、D-二聚体水平高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者的D-二聚体检测阳性率以及症状性肺动脉栓塞症发生率分别为48.6%、8.1%均高于对照组29.7%,P<0.05。结论:肺结核合并肺癌患者机体免疫炎性反应不平衡,且患者肺动脉血栓发生风险较高。 OBJECTIVE The characteristics of immune inflammatory response and coagulation parameters in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer were studied.METHODS 37 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study group.37 patients with simple pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital were selected as the control group.Serum inflammatory factor index levels and plasma D-dimer levels were measured and compared,and pulmonary thrombosis was observed.RESULTS Serum IL-2 and IL-17 levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-10,TGF-β,and D-dimer were higher in the study group than in the control group,P<0.05.The positive rate of D-dimer detection and the incidence of symptomatic pulmonary embolism in the group were 48.6%and 8.1%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(29.7%,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The immune inflammatory response of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer is not balanced,and the risk of pulmonary thrombosis is higher.
