手术切除治疗脊柱原发性肿瘤临床效果

Surgical resection of primary spinal tumor

目的:探究分析手术切除治疗脊柱原发性肿瘤的临床效果及其价值。方法:选取2017-05-2018-05在我院做手术切除治疗脊柱原发性肿瘤的患者27例作为本次研究观察的对象,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,结合患者出院后为期1年的随访工作,观察患者在手术治疗前后的治疗效果。结果:所有脊柱原发性肿瘤患者在进行肿瘤切除前后,VAS疼痛评分明显下降、脊髓损伤的Frankel功能分级情况也有明显改善,SF-36健康调查评分结果显示,患者的生活质量显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用手术切除治疗脊柱原发性肿瘤疾病的临床效果较好,能够有效改善患者的脊髓损伤、降低疼痛感,提高患者的生活质量,具有很高的临床价值,适用性广泛。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect and value of surgical resection for primary spinal tumors.METHODS Twenty-seven patients with primary spinal tumors who underwent surgical resection in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as subjects for this study.The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.The patient was followed up for one year after discharge and observed the patient’s treatment before and after surgery.RESULTS All patients with primary tumors of the spine had a significant decrease in VAS pain scores before and after tumor resection,and Frankel functional grading of spinal cord injury.The SF-36 health survey score showed that the quality of life of patients was significantly improved.Statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The clinical effect of surgical resection for the treatment of primary tumor of the spine is better.It can effectively improve the spinal cord injury,reduce the pain and improve the quality of life of patients.It has high clinical value and wide applicability.
