高比例环烷基蜡油加氢裂化装置增加航煤侧线及试生产分析

ADDITION OF JET COAL SIDE LINE AND TRIAL PRODUCTION ANALYSIS IN THE HIGH PROPORTION NAPHTHENIC PARAFFIN OIL HYDROCRACKING UNIT

以石脑油、柴油为主要产品的加氢裂化装置进行分馏系统的局部改造,将柴油组分进一步切割,实现生产航煤的目的。探索加氢裂化装置以高比例环烷基蜡油为原料时,通过原料比例控制、反应条件控制、产品切割等措施,克服原料性质对航煤的芳烃、烟点等指标的影响,得到该装置生产航煤时环烷基蜡油为原料的比例极限,为同类装置以高比例环烷基蜡油为原料时生产航煤提供基础数据。

The hydrocracking unit with naphtha and diesel oil as main products is partially reformed in the fractionation system,and the diesel oil component is further cut to achieve the production purpose of jet coal.When the hydrocracking unit uses high proportion naphthenic wax oil as raw material,influence of the properties of raw material on the aromatics content and smoke point of the jet coal is overcame through measures such as raw material proportion control,reaction condition control and product cutting,and the proportion limit of naphthenic wax oil as raw material in the production of jet coal is obtained.The basic data is provided for the production of jet coal in similar units with high proportion naphthenic wax oil as raw material.
