电分离法催化油浆脱固技术的工业应用 被引量:1

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION OF ELECTRIC SEPARATION METHOD FOR OIL SLURRY DESOLIDIFICATION TECHNOLOGY

摘要 对国内目前常规催化油浆脱固技术优劣性进行了简要阐述,提出了一种新的电分离法催化油浆脱固工艺,并在中国石化齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂(以下简称胜利炼油厂)进行了工业应用。应用结果表明:电分离过滤法具有脱除效率高、占地面积小、公用工程消耗低及自动化程度高等特点,能够有效脱除催化油浆中的催化剂细粉和颗粒;平均脱固率达到97%,脱后澄清催化油浆平均灰分质量分数为0.024%,硅+铝质量分数不超过60 mg/kg,可直接作为低硫重质船燃调和组分,澄清催化油浆收率达到80%以上。该技术具有较好的市场推广和应用前景。 The advantages and disadvantages of current conventional catalytic oil slurry desolidification technology in domestic was introduced,a new kind of oil slurry desolidification technology by electric separation method was put forward.The new technology was successfully put into industrial application in Shengli Refinery of SINOPEC Qilu Branch Company.The application results showed that the electric separation and filtration method had the characteristics of high removal efficiency,small occupation area,low utility consumption and high degree of automation,which could remove fine powder and particle of the catalyst in the catalytic oil slurry,and the average solid removal rate was 97%.The average ash content of clarified catalytic slurry was 0.024%,the mass fraction of silicon and aluminum was less than 60 mg/kg,which could be directly used as a low sulfur heavy ship fuel blending component.The yield of the clarified catalytic slurry was more than 80%.The technology possessed a good market promotion and application prospects.
