系统化糖尿病教育的效果分析及评价

摘要 目的:实施系统化糖尿病教育模式并对其效果进行综合评价。方法:对216例2型糖尿病患者进行系统化教育,制定教育目标,进行课程设置。门诊教育为糖尿病俱乐部教育,住院患者为小组教育和单个辅导,出院患者为电话随访,比较并评价教育效果。结果:系统化教育前后患者的糖尿病知识问卷合格率上升,和教育前比较有极显著差异(P<0.01),空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标显著降低。结论:系统化糖尿病教育可帮助患者全面的掌握糖尿病知识,提高患者的遵医行为和生活质量。
