右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的效果评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Iron Dextran Dispersible Tablets in the Treatment of Nutritional Iron Deficiency Anemia in Children

目的分析右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血(IDA)的临床效果。方法选择宁波市鄞州区白鹤街道社区卫生服务中心2019年10月至2021年10月接诊的60例IDA患儿为研究对象,根据抽签法分组,每组30例,对照组接受硫酸亚铁口服液治疗,观察组接受右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血常规指标、免疫功能指标、体质量、不良反应总发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),观察组治疗后MCH、MCV、RBC、Hb均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后体质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右旋糖酐铁分散片可有效改善IDA患儿病情,增强免疫功能,增加体质量,临床价值较高。

Objective Analysis of the clinical effect of iron dextran dispersible tablets in the treatment of children with IDA.Methods A total of 60 children with IDA in Department of Pediatrics,Community Health Service Center,Baihe Street,Yinzhou District,Ningbo City who were admitted from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into groups according to the lottery method,30 cases in each group.The control group received ferrous sulfate oral solution,and the observation group received iron dextran dispersible tablets.,to compare the clinical efficacy,blood routine indexes,immune function indexes,body weight,and total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate(96.67%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(73.33%).The MCH,MCV,RBC and Hb of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).CD_(8)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the body weight of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Iron dextran dispersible tablets can effectively improve the condition of children with IDA,enhance immune function,increase body weight,and have high clinical value.
