中医辩证治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of TCM Dialectical Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨中医辩证治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法选取2019年5月至2021年7月进行溃疡性结肠炎治疗的58例患者为研究对象,随机均分两组,对照组共29例,提供常规西医治疗,研究组29例,在对照组治疗方案基础上提供中医辩证治疗方案,对比两种治疗方案应用效果。结果治疗前,两组腹痛、腹泻及黏液脓血便评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组腹痛、腹泻及黏液脓血便评分低于治疗前,研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率(93.10%)高于对照组(75.86%)(P<0.05)。结论中医辩证治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效明显,能促进患者身体康复,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the curative effect of TCM dialectical treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods 58 patients with ulcerative colitis treated from May 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.There were 29 cases in the control group and 29 cases in the study group.On the basis of the treatment scheme of the control group,the dialectical treatment scheme of traditional Chinese medicine was provided,and the application effects of the two treatment schemes were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in abdominal pain,diarrhea and mucus purulent bloody stool between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea and mucus purulent bloody stool in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The effective rate of the study group(93.10%)was higher than that of the control group(75.86%)(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM dialectical treatment of ulcerative colitis is effective,which can promote patients'physical recovery and improve their quality of life.
