互联网联合全程慢病管理模式对高血压的效果探究

Research on the Effect of Internet Combined with the Whole-course Chronic Disease Management Model on Chronic Hypertension

目的探讨高血压慢病干预中互联网联合全程慢病管理模式的应用效果。方法选取北京市普仁医院2018—2019年收治的120例高血压患者为研究对象,根据不同的管理方式将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用互联网联合全程慢病管理模式。对两组患者的并发症情况、血压水平等进行分析。结果观察组舒张压、收缩压降幅高于对照组(P<0.05);管理后两组收缩压和舒张压低于管理前(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组管理半年后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互联网联合全程慢病管理模式对高血压慢病患者具有显著的成效,其不仅能够改善患者血压水平,提升治疗治疗效果,还能减少并发症发生,将其利用在临床推广中具有明显价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of the Internet combined with the whole-course chronic disease management model in the intervention of chronic hypertension and chronic disease.Methods Select 120 patients with chronic hypertension admitted to Beijing Puren Hospital from 2018 to 2019 as the research objects.According to different management methods,the120 patients were divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group60 cases,and the control group adopts conventional management model,the observation group adopts the Internet-joint full-course chronic disease management model.The complications and blood pressure levels of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group decreased more than those of the control group(P<0.05);the blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups contracted after management were lower than before management(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after half a year of management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Internet combined with the whole-course chronic disease management model has a significant effect on patients with chronic hypertension and chronic disease.It can not only improve the blood pressure level of patients,enhance the treatment effect,but also reduce complications.The use of it in clinical promotion has significant value.
