以问题为导向健康教育的妊娠期干预对孕妇生活质量的影响

Effect of Problem-oriented Health Education During Pregnancy Intervention on Quality of Life in Pregnant Women

目的探讨以问题为导向健康教育的妊娠期干预对孕妇生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月临海市第二人民医院收治的产妇134例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=67)和研究组(n=67),对照组实施常规干预,研究组实施健康信念模式干预。观察分析两组患者的满意度、母乳喂养率、剖宫产率及生活质量(健康状态、精神状态、生理功能)。结果研究组满意度、母乳喂养率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后健康状态评分、精神状态评分、生理功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产妇妊娠期干预应用以问题为导向健康教育有利于让孕妇了解孕期健康知识,提升其阴道分娩信心,降低剖宫产率,满意度高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the impact of problem-oriented health education on quality of life in pregnant women.Methods A total of 134 maternal cases admitted to Linhai Second People’s Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects,randomly divided into control group(n=67)and research group(n=67).The control group implemented routine intervention,and the research group implemented health belief model intervention.The satisfaction rate,breastfeeding rate,cesarean section rate and quality of life(health status,mental status,physiological function)were observed and analyzed in the two groups.Results Study group satisfaction and breastfeeding rate were higher than control group,and cesarean section rate was lower than control group(P<0.05);patient post-intervention health status scores,mental status scores and physiological function scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of problem-oriented health education in maternal pregnancy is conducive to making pregnant women understand their health knowledge during pregnancy,improving their confidence in vaginal delivery,reducing the cesarean section rate,and having high satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
