永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术患者应用个体化运动康复护理的价值研究

Value of Individualized Exercise Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Permanent Artificial Pacemakers

目的探究分析永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术患者应用个体化运动康复护理的临床效果及其价值。方法在2018年1月—2020年10月期间本院收治的心律失常、心力衰竭患者中抽取38例作为观察对象,所有患者入院确诊后均择机开展永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术治疗,利用电脑分组方法将所有的患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组19例。对照组手术患者施行常规的术后护理,实验组手术患者在对照组患者的常规护理基础上增加应用个体化运动康复护理,比较两组手术患者的疾病恢复情况、心功能指标改善情况、活动能力评分和随访不良事件发生率。结果实验组患者在接受了优质的个体化运动康复护理后,和对照组患者相比,预后治疗有效率明显更高,且心功能的相关生化指标明显改善,肢体运动功能评分和日常生活活动能力评分明显更高,随访半年后的结果显示,实验组患者的心律不齐、心绞痛、心肌梗死等不良事件的发生率更低,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对心律失常、心衰患者及时开展永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术能够显著改善患者的临床症状,延缓心力衰竭的进程,术后结合优质的个体化运动康复护理服务能够进一步提高治疗的效果,优化患者的心脏功能和运动能力,远期预后效果突出,值得临床进一步进行推广适用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and value of individualized exercise rehabilitation nursing in patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation.Methods From January 2018 to October 2020,38 patients with arrhythmia and heart failure were selected as observation subjects.All patients were treated with permanent artificial cardiac pacemaker implantation.All patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by computer grouping,19 patients were treated with routine postoperative nursing,the disease recovery,cardiac function index improvement,activity ability score and follow-up adverse event incidence were compared between the two groups.Results After receiving high-quality individualized exercise rehabilitation,the patients in the experimental group had higher effective rate of prognosis treatment than those in the control group,and the biochemical indexes of cardiac function were improved significantly.The scores of limb motor function and daily life activity were higher.The results showed that the incidence of arrhythmia,angina pectoris and myocardial infarction was lower and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Permanently artificial cardiac pacemaker implantation for arrhythmia and heart failure can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and delay the process of heart failure.
