高压氧综合护理模式对早期重型颅脑损伤患者的应用效果及并发症预防研究

Application Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Comprehensive Nursing Mode on Patients with Early Severe Craniocerebral Injury and Prevention of Complications

目的探讨高压氧综合护理模式对早期重型颅脑损伤患者的应用效果及对预防并发症的影响。方法选择2019年9月—2020年9月在本院就诊的早期重型颅脑损伤患者100例,采用随机数表法分2组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予高压氧综合护理。比较两组患者护理前后格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分、颅内压、日常生活活动能力(FIM)、肢体运动功能(FAM)、健康调查量表(SF-36)生活质量评分变化,统计患者满意率。结果护理后,两组的GCS评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),两组颅内压降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组的FIM、FAM评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率6.00%低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05);观察组的满意率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论高压氧综合护理模式可有效改善早期重型颅脑损伤患者的颅内压及运动功能,促进患者早期康复,提高患者的生活质量及满意率,降低并发症,可在临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive nursing mode on patients with early severe craniocerebral injury and its influence on the prevention of complications.Methods 100 patients with early severe craniocerebral injury in the hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.They were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive nursing.Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score,intracranial pressure,activities of daily living(FIM),limb motor function(FAM)and health adjustment scale(SF-36)quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after nursing,and the satisfaction rate of patients was counted.Results After nursing,the GCS scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the intracranial pressure of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the FIM and fam scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the body function,psychological function,social function and material life scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate in the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive nursing mode can effectively improve the intracranial pressure and motor function of patients with early severe craniocerebral injury,promote the early rehabilitation of patients,improve the quality of life and satisfaction rate of patients,and reduce complications,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
