晚期胃癌疼痛护理和临终关怀对患者生活质量和满意度的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Pain Care and Hospice Care on the Quality of Life and Satisfaction of Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的分析以及评估晚期胃癌患者采取疼痛护理以及临终关怀对其生活质量与满意度的影响效果。方法此文分析数据来自2016年3月—2018年5月开州区人民医院治疗的60例晚期胃癌患者,依据抽签法分组,一组纳入30例,试验组采用疼痛护理以及临终关怀,对照组采用常规护理,评估两组护理干预前后生活质量指标,计算两组护理服务干预满意度。结果试验组护理干预后生理功能指标评分值、心理功能指标评分值、疼痛状况指标评分值、健康状况指标评分值、生命力指标评分值、社会功能指标评分值、情感功能指标评分值、身体健康指标评分值均优于护理干预前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组护理服务干预满意度(96.67%)优于对照组相关数值(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期胃癌患者实施疼痛护理以及临终关怀能够明显提升其生活质量,促使患者护理服务满意度提升。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effects of pain care and hospice care on the life quality and satisfaction of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods This article analyzed data from March 2016 to May 2018 in this hospital for treatment of 60 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer,according to the lottery law group,a group of 30 cases,patients with pain care and hospice care,the control group using conventional care,assess the two groups before and after the nursing intervention the quality of life index,calculated two groups of nursing service satisfaction.Results The experimental group after nursing intervention function index score values,psychological function index score,pain status indicators score values,health index score value,vitality index score values,social function index score value,emotion function index score values,healthy index score were superior to the nursing intervention before the numerical values and the control group(P<0.05),display data index of statistical significance(P<0.05),superior to that in the control group(96.67%)patients nursing care intervention satisfaction related numerical(73.33%),according to the statistical significance of data indicators.Conclusion Pain care and hospice care for patients with advanced gastric cancer can significantly improve their quality of life and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
