基于预见性管理对行常规胃镜检查患者护理质量改善及并发症预防的研究

Study on the Improvement of Nursing Quality and Prevention of Complications of Patients Undergoing Routine Gastroscopy Based on Predictive Management

目的探讨基于预见性管理对行常规胃镜检查患者护理质量改善及并发症预防的效果。方法选择2019年8月—2020年8月在内蒙古医科大学附属医院行常规胃镜检查患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于预见性管理。比较两组护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、收缩压、舒张压、心率及护理质量变化情况,统计两组患者并发症发生率及满意率。结果护理后两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压、心率均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理管理、工作效率、护理操作评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于预见性管理可有效改善行常规胃镜检查患者的心理状态及生理指标,减少不良反应发生率,提高患者满意率,护理质量显著,可在临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive management on improving nursing quality and preventing complications of patients undergoing routine gastroscopy.Methods 90 patients with routine gastroscopy in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given predictive management.SAS score,SDS score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and nursing quality were compared between the two groups before and after nursing,and complications and satisfaction rate of the two groups were counted.Results After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups decreased,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups decreased,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the scores of nursing management,work efficiency and nursing operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive management can effectively improve the psychological state and physiological indexes of patients undergoing routine gastroscopy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the satisfaction rate of patients,and the quality of nursing is significant,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
