双针疗法在运动员肌筋膜疼痛综合征中的应用效果研究

Application of Double Needle Therapy in Athlete’s Myofascial Pain Syndrome

目的研究双针疗法在治疗运动员肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)中的效果。方法2018年12月至2019年12月选择陕西省体育医院符合MPS诊断标准的运动员100例为研究对象,按照随机原则分为双针疗法组(52例)和电针对照组(48例)。记录两组的VAS评分以及平均恢复训练时间,并比较两组间有无差异。结果双针疗法组患者治疗前VAS评分高于电针对照组、治疗后1周以及治疗后3个月的VAS评分低于电针对照组(P<0.05)。双针疗法组患者伤后平均恢复训练时间短于电针对照组(t=-11.851,P<0.001)。结论双针疗法在治疗运动员MPS方面效果优于常规电针治疗。

Objective To study the effect of double needle therapy in the treatment of athlete’s myofascial pain syndrome.Methods 100 athletes who met the diagnostic criteria of MPS in Shaanxi Provincial Sports Hospital were selected as the research objects from December 2018 to December 2019.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into double acupuncture therapy group(52 cases)and electroacupuncture control group(48 cases).Record the VAS scores and average recovery training time of the two groups,and compare whether there are differences between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the patients in the double acupuncture therapy group before treatment were higher than those of the electroacupuncture control group,and the VAS scores of 1 week and 3 months after the treatment were lower than those of the electroacupuncture control group(P<0.05).The average recovery time of patients in the double-acupuncture group after injury was shorter than that in the electro-acupuncture control group(t=-11.851,P<0.001).Conclusion the double needle therapy has better effect in the treatment of athletes’myofascial pain syndrome than that of conventional electroacupuncture.
