纳布啡在产科患者术后镇痛中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nalbuphine in Postoperative Analgesia of Obstetric Patients

目的分析纳布啡在产科患者术后镇痛中的应用效果。方法研究时间:2019年1月—2020年10月,均为本院收治的产科患者,一共94例,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,对照组的产妇予以0.15%的罗哌卡因联合2 ug/ml的芬太尼200 ml进行镇静镇痛。观察组患者则予以静脉0.15%的罗哌卡因联合0.2 ug的纳布啡200 ml进行镇痛镇静处理。结果在术后1 h的数据无差异,但是在术后3 h、6 h、12 h,观察组患者的疼痛情况明显低于对照组,同时观察组患者的并发症发生率较低,和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,观察组产妇术后的生活质量较高,同时观察组患者对镇痛效果也较为满意,但是观察组患者和对照组患者不同时间段的镇静程度无差异。结论在产科患者的镇痛过程中,采用纳布啡的效果更为理想,可以有效降低患者的疼痛感,同时降低患者术后并发症的发生,有效提高患者的舒适度,提升产后恢复的速度,保证产妇的健康,加速产妇恢复。

Objective To analyze the effect of naborphine on postoperative analgesia in obstetrical patients.Methods January 2019~October 2020,All of them were obstetrical patients,In 94 cases,Randomly averaged into two groups,Observation and control groups,The control group was given 0.15%ropivacaine combined with 2 ug/ml fentanyl 200 ml for sedation and analgesia.Patients in the observation group were treated with 0.15%ropivacaine and 0.2 ug of naborphine 200 ml for analgesia and sedation.Results There was no difference in data h 1 postoperative period,But three h、6 h、12 h,after surgery The pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,At the same time,the incidence of complications in the observation group was low.The data were statistically significant compared with the control group,Besides,The quality of life after operation in the observation group was higher,At the same time,the patients in the observation group were satisfied with the analgesic effect,However,there was no difference in sedation between the observation group and the control group.Conclusion During the analgesia of obstetric patients,the effect of naborphine is better,can effectively reduce the pain of patients,and reduce postoperative complications,effectively improve the comfort of patients,treatment for improved postpartum recovery,ensuring maternal health,accelerating maternal recovery.
