Objective To study the effect of platinum anticancer drugs in the treatment of gynecological tumors. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,100 cases of gynecological tumors were selected,Grouped according to the order of visits,Among them,50 patients with gynecological tumors were treated with paclitaxel carboplatin chemotherapy,Divide it into contrast groups,The remaining 50 patients with gynecologic tumors were treated with paclitaxel, cisplatin,To the observation group,Compared with the two groups of gynecological tumor patients with different platinum anticancer drugs chemotherapy after 6 months of treatment,At the same time, the adverse reactions occurred during the application were described in detail. Results The total therapeutic efficiency of observation group was 92.0%,Compared with each other P>0.05;The incidence of total adverse reactions in the observation group was 18.0%slightly lower than that in the contrast group 20.0%,Each other P>0.05.Conclusion The application of platinum anticancer drugs to gynecologic tumors has remarkable effect,The clinical application prospect is wide,To improve the patient’s condition,Improving the quality of life,To improve their prognosis,Therefore,it is worth clinical reference and promotion.
