血栓护理管理小组对骨盆骨折卧床患者DVT的预防作用

The Preventive Effect of Thrombus Care Management Team on DVT in Bedridden Patients with Pelvic Fracture

目的探讨血栓护理管理小组对骨盆骨折卧床悲者DVT(深静脉血栓形成)的预防作用。方法选取2017年2月—2019年8月本院收治的791例骨盆骨折卧床悲者作为研究对象,根据抽签法分为对照组395例和观祭组396例,对照组采用常规护理管理理,观察组采用血栓护理管理小组,比较两组DVT发生率。结果观察组DVT发生华为0.8%,明显低于对照纽10.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察纽遵医依从丰高于对照纽,Autar评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血栓护理管理小组能够有效降低骨盆骨折卧床悲者DVT发生风险,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the preventive efect of thrombus nursing management g roup on DVT(deep venous thrombosis)in patients with pelvic fracture bedridden.Methods 791 patients with pelvic fracture bedridden in the hospital from rebruary 207 to August 2019 were divided into control group(n=395)and observation group(n=396).The control group was treated with routine nursing management and the observation group was treated with thrombus nursing management group.The incidence of DVT was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of DVT in the observation group was 0.8%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.6%,P<0.05),and the compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the Autar score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thrombus nursing management group can efectively reduce the risk of DVT in patients with pelvic fracture bedriden,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
