人性化护理模式在老年呼吸衰竭患者中的应用

Application of Humanized Nursing Model in Elderly Patients with Respiratory Failure

目的探究人性化护理在老年呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的确诊为老年呼吸衰竭患者68例,并按照随机原则将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组34例,给予常规护理模式;观察组34例,在对照组的基础上给予人性化护理。观察两组护理效果。结果护理后两组PHQ-9量表得分均较干预前显著下降(P<0.05),SF-36量表得分均明显上升(P<0.05),且护理后观察组PHQ-9量表得分明显较同时期的对照组低,SF-36量表得分明显较高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年呼吸衰竭患者人性化护理成效显著,可有效缓解患者的负面心理,改善生活质量,从而促进呼吸衰竭临床治疗效果的提高,应大力推广。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing in elderly patients with respiratory failure.Methods We selected 68 patients with respiratory failure in the elderly who were diagnosed in the hospital.According to the random principle,they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was 34 cases.The routine nursing mode was given.The observation group was 34 cases,based on the control group,humane care was given.Observe two groups of nursing effects.Results After nursing,the scores of PHQ-9 scales of both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the scores of SF-36 scales increased significantly(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of the observation group of the PHQ-9 scale were significant.Compared with the control group at the same time,the score of SF-36 scale was significantly higher and P<0.05.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The results of humanized care for elderly patients with respiratory failure are significant,which can effectively alleviate the negative psychological and improve the quality of life of patients,and thus promote the clinical treatment of respiratory failure,and should be vigorously promoted.
