综合护理在重症监护室肺部感染患者中的应用效果研究

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Pulmonary Infection in ICU

目的探讨综合护理在重症监护室(ICU)肺部感染患者中的应用价值。方法选取2019年临海市第二人民医院收治的ICU肺部感染患者88例为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各44例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采取综合护理,比较两组临床症状改善时间、护理质量、ICU住院时间及护理满意度。结果研究组体温正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、咳痰消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组业务水平、护理态度、健康宣教、心理干预得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组ICU住院时间短于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对ICU肺部感染患者采用综合护理干预,能够有效改善其临床症状,护理质量及患者满意度均得到显著提升,利于患者预后。

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in ICU patients with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 88 patients with pulmonary infection in ICU in Medical Community of Linhai Second People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly set as the study group and the control group,each of 44 cases.The control group was routine intervention,and the research group was integrated nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom improvement time,nursing quality,ICU stay and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The normal temperature time,cough disappearance time,expectoration disappearance time and lung moist rales disappearance time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of professional level,nursing attitude,health education and psychological intervention in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The length of ICU stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for ICU patients with pulmonary infection can effectively improve their clinical symptoms,improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction,which is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
