踝关节骨折手术治疗和手法复位治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Surgical Treatment and Manual Reduction for Ankle Fractures

目的探讨在踝关节骨折中应用手术治疗与手法复位治疗的效果。方法选取本院2017年6月—2018年6月收治的124例踝关节骨折患者作为此次研究对象,并根据就诊时间随机分为试验组与对照组,其中试验组行手术治疗,对照组行本院传统的中医手法复位治疗,比较分析两组患者治疗疗效、治疗前后关节Mazur评分、患者住院时间、住院费用以及并发症发生率。结果试验组患者术后疗效、关节Mazur评分要明显高于对照组,但是在患者住院时间、住院费用以及并发症发生率上对照组患者要优于试验组患者。两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于踝关节骨折患者采取手术治疗效果要优于手法复位治疗,术后恢复较快;但是手法复位治疗法能够缓解患者经济压力,缩短住院时间,同时手法复位治疗的并发症发生率要明显低于试验组。因此,在选择治疗时应当根据患者的实际情况,以及患者及家属意愿合理选择治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment and manual reduction in the treatment of ankle fractures.Methods 124 patients with ankle fractures admitted to the hospital from June to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The time of treatment was randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with surgery.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine manual reduction therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The joint Mazur score,patient hospitalization time,and hospitalization were compared before and after treatment.Cost and incidence of complications.Results The postoperative efficacy and joint Mazur scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,but the control group was superior to the experimental group in terms of hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,and complication rate.The difference in data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical treatment of patients with ankle fracture is better than manual reduction and the recovery is faster.However,the manual reduction treatment can alleviate the economic pressure and shorten the hospitalization time.The complication rate of manual reduction treatment is obvious.Lower than the experimental group.Therefore,when selecting treatment,the treatment plan should be reasonably selected according to the actual situation of the patient and the wishes of the patient and the family.
