瑞巴派特联合泮托拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌阴性慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Rebamipide Combined with Pantoprazole on Chronic Erosive Gastritis with Negative Helicobacter Pylori

目的探究在幽门螺杆菌阴性慢性糜烂性胃炎患者治疗中予以瑞巴派特联合泮托拉唑的应用价值。方法研究样本选自本院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的幽门螺杆菌阴性慢性糜烂性胃炎患者88例,按照不同的治疗方式分组,试验组予以瑞巴派特联合泮托拉唑治疗(44例),对照组予以瑞巴派特联合康复新液治疗(44例),比较效果。结果试验组治疗后糜烂组织MDA指标为(0.91±0.53)μmol/L、PGE2含量为(5.17±2.03)nmol/L、症状消失时间为(11.35±4.58)d;对照组治疗后糜烂组织MDA指标为(1.47±0.24)μmol/L、PGE2含量为(3.22±1.28)nmol/L、症状消失时间为(15.24±5.16)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为6.8%(3/44),对照组为20.5%(9/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组生活质量综合评分为(77.95±16.12)分,对照组生活质量综合评分为(56.04±14.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对幽门螺杆菌阴性慢性糜烂性胃炎患者予以瑞巴派特联合泮托拉唑治疗,能明显提升患者生活质量,并对患者糜烂组织进行改善,减少并发症的发生,进一步缩短症状消失时间,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore the application value of repapet combined with pam Tora in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori negative chronic erosive gastritis.Methods 88 patients with Helicobacter pylori negative chronic erosive gastritis were selected from June 2018 to June 2019,Grouped according to different treatments,The experimental group was treated with repapet combined with pam Tora(44 cases),The control group was treated with ribapet combined with sucralfate(44 cases),Contrast effect.Results The MDA index of erosive tissue after treatment was(0.91±0.53)μmol/L、PGE2 in experimental group The content was(5.17±2.03)nmol/L、the time of symptom disappearance was(11.35±4.58)and The MDA index of erosive tissue after treatment in control group was(1.47±0.24)μmol/L、PGE2 content was(3.22±1.28)nmol/L、the time of symptom disappearance was(15.24±5.16)d,with significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.8%(3/44),The control group was 20.5%(9/44),with significant difference(P<0.05);The comprehensive quality of life score of the experimental group was(77.95±16.12),the control group quality of life comprehensive score was(56.04±14.42),there were differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Helicobacter pylori negative chronic erosive gastritis with repapet combined with pam Tora can obviously improve the quality of life of patients,improve the erosive tissue of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.Further shortening the time of symptom disappearance is worth popularizing in clinic.
