摘要
目的探讨吉西他滨联合顺铂对非小细胞肺癌患者低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、高迁移率族蛋白A2(HMGA2)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月入江西省九江市第一人民医院治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者100例,进行本次研究。依据药物治疗方案的不同分组,对照组单用顺铂治疗,研究组吉西他滨联合顺铂干预。比较两组近期疗效、肿瘤细胞增殖因子水平、肿瘤细胞迁移因子水平及两组血清IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平。结果研究组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗研究组HIF-1α及IGF-1水平均比对照组低(P<0.05);经治疗研究组患者的HMGA2及HMGB1水平均比对照组低(P<0.05);经治疗两组IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平均改善,研究组IL-2、IFN-γ水平比对照组更高,TNF-α水平比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论应用吉西他滨联合顺铂方案治疗非小细胞肺癌,可有效调节血清HIF-1α、IGF-1、HMGA2、HMGB1水平,还可提升疗效,降低炎性水平,可考虑推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin on the levels of HIF-1,IGF-1,HMGA2 and HMGB1 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 100 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to First People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for this study.The control group was treated with cisplatin alone,while the study group was treated with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin.The shortterm efficacy,tumor cell proliferation factor level,tumor cell migration factor level and serum IL-2,TNF-and IFN-levels were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Hif-1 and IGF-1 levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of HMGA2 and HMGB1 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2,TNF-and IFN-in both groups were improved.The levels of IL-2 and IFN-in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of TNF-were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer can effectively regulate the serum HIF-1,IGF-1,HMGA2 and HMGB1 levels,improve the curative effect,and reduce the inflammatory level,which should be considered for promotion.
